Bake off ‘Steak’
Set-up:
Everything starts with a good piece of meat, being a quality piece of 350g per team. Say +/- 5cm thick and big enough to taste with your whole team at the end, admittedly after your presentation to the chef.
All this takes place in the healthy outdoors, but under a nice open tent.
Each team has its own work table, basic ingredients and the necessary materials to work with. Materials such as a fire, frying pan, stew, knives, cutting boards, oven mitts, etc …
Teams will compete in a preliminary ‘’tasting‘’ trial to collect points. With these, they can buy additional products in our food shop.
Scores will be given on:
- the preparation of the steak
- the sauce
- the story of your preparation
- the presentation on your plate
Where can you organise this:
This format can be organised at any location. Only space required for placing a tent.
Duration: +/- 2.5 hours
