Communication – teamwork – action

Purpose: Make as much profit as possible. The game is experienced very actively and takes place in an area of 1 square kilometre. This area can be deployed anywhere. Each team gets a laptop and a login code. You will see a screen with the game area where all kinds of things will appear during the game. You see your players and the competition moving on your screen. Furthermore, you can buy products on the market which of course changes constantly and you will have to find customers. The latter is the most difficult but perhaps the most important. Customers run virtually through the game area…. so you will have to steer team members to get customers. Be aware that the competition is pursuing the same objective. Active assignments are certainly also part of the game. The Reality Experience’ mainly focuses on the following skills: teamwork, communication, leadership, decision making, goal-oriented work, motivation, transfer of tasks, coping with change

The Reality Experience is a concept with many possibilities. It is therefore perfectly possible to adapt the program according to your wishes.

There are 2 distinct tasks: the role of coordinator and the role of performer. Very often the participants say:’t is really like in business’. A very instructive game and with a challenge for everyone with a sense of responsibility.
